Deb Cake Fortin leans left, and John Gregory Vincent is not quite right. John is now the Democratic nominee for Congress in South Carolina's 7th district. His wife Deb, is the campaign manager. This journey began in March of 2025. It began with no money, no connection to any political power brokers, and little name recognition. Since then, they have reinvented campaigning as Democrats in the South and are now the first legitimate threat to Republicans in this district's history.
